Main research interest

During my master studies, my research interest was focused on isolation of degradation products of tetrapyrrole pathway. In my PhD study, the primary research is much more broad and covers isolation and fine purification of secondary metabolites (mostly bacterial and cyanobacterial) as well as identification and structure determination of these metabolites.

Scientific expertise

HPLC-HRMS/MS techniques for small molecules identification, compound purification, screening methods for anticancer activity, cells based assays.
