Job description

I work in a tissue lab. I am in charge of cultivating and passaging all cell lines, taking care of the tissue laboratory - orders, sterilization, media preparation. I'm doing cell screening experiments, MTT tests, and evaluating them on a microscope. Further, I deal with purification of strains in the collection using antibiotics, preparation of agar and possible typing of heterotrophic strains. I have introduced the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system at the biotechnology hall, I take care of HACCP functionality, communicate with control bodies and manage all HACCP documents.

Other activities

I play the violin in the Symphony Orchestra in Jindřichův Hradec. I like to make, sew and paint on clothes, I have a small collection of cacti.
