Bára works as a research assistant in the Laboratory of Photosynthesis. She is in charge of the sample preparation and measurements on the Zeiss confocal microscope, as well as image processing and numerical outputs. She also helps with other methods, most often with low-temperature spectroscopy (77 K), and generally with data processing. Moreover, Bára teaches exercises in Bioenergetics at the University of South Bohemia.
